There is an (Inc Row) missing for the "LEFT SLANTING" section, directly above the "Garter Stitch" heading it should read as follows:

The numbered rounds are off count by 1 round.
Rnds 10-24 should read 10-25, this also affects the row count for Rounds 25-30, Rnd 25 should read Rnd 26, Rnd 26 should read Rnd 27, and so on. This also affects the row count under the heading MIDDLE TIER, where it reads Repeat Rnds 25-28 it should read 26-30.
GRACE
The lace repeat is reversed for the front sections beginning on Row 25 which affects the way the pattern is written on the following rows:

There is errata within the Pattern Chart in which the conversions from inches to cm are incorrect for sizes 30-42 & 46 for the letter "T". Numbers should read as follows:
30 = 13
32 = 13.5
34 = 6.5
36 = 5
38 = 3
40 = 3.5
42 = 2.5
46 = 1.5
